This 15 day tour of Cuba is our most long-standing itinerary, and without doubt, what we most enthusiastically recommend to people if they have the time and the sense of adventure to make the most of their visit to Cuba. It packs into 2 weeks what we consider the most fascinating elements of this unique country. As well as visiting many of Cuba's natural and historic highlights, more than anything our focus is on contact with the Cuban people and their culture. A local Cuban tour guide accompanies the group throughout, and accommodation is mostly in the homes of Cuban families.

Deposit:
A deposit of US$200 (or equivalent) is accepted as an initial payment to reserve a place on a tour, and full payment is due 60 days before tour departure day. |

Travel Insurance:
Trip Cancellation/Interruption Travel Insurance is recommended and should be taken out at the time the deposit is paid. A comprehensive insurance package is also available which covers trip cancellation/interruption, excess hospital/medical benefits, baggage and travel accident insurance. Some exclusions for pre-existing conditions do apply. Please ask for details. |

Additional Comments:
Personal Spending Money: we estimate you need to allow about US$35 to 50/day for expenses for the tour not including local payment and souvenirs. For local guides on day trips and other optional activities, as a suggestion we recommended a tip of $2 to $5 CUC (Cuban dollars) per person. |

Brilliant tour, couldn’t have asked for more! More than any other trip I have done in the past, we had opportunities to interact with the local people. We learnt a lot about the Cuban way of life. Best tour leader I have ever had by far. He really made the trip for us organising fantastic activites like a walk to the waterfall in Trinidad, music clubs at night, street party at Santiago and 1959 convertibles in Havana. I was very impressed with the standard of accomodation. Even the casa de particulars were excellent. I really enjoyed 3 nights in Trinidad, Santiago and Baracoa, it was ample time to get to know a city.
