On the edge of Panama's Darién Jungle, you step from a Zodiac launch onto a huge gnarled root in the streambank. A tattooed man, the headman of the Emberá village, welcomes you ashore with a smile and a handshake. A deposit of $800 is due at time of booking, plus insurance premium, if required. |

Travel Insurance:
Trip Cancellation/Interruption Travel Insurance is recommended and should be taken out at the time the deposit is paid. A comprehensive insurance package is also available which covers trip cancellation/interruption, excess hospital/medical benefits, baggage and travel accident insurance. Some exclusions for pre-existing conditions do apply. Please ask for details. |

Additional Comments:
For the destinations in this cruise, small motorized excursion craft are the only way to get ashore. Travelers should have confident balance and mobility to participate. Due to the unpredictability of international flights an add-on night in Panama City, Panama, is strongly advised. |
